As I live out of state, I needed someone whod handle the numerous projects, contractors and appointments to prepare a nearly 60 year-old, somewhat neglected house for marketing. I also needed someone whod provide an optimal marketing plan for the house. Katrina did both.She worked very closely with me, always calling and communicating details of necessary work for the house, as well as managing the various contractor projects and the quality of their work in the house. She was a true partner throughout the process, never worried about what I wanted to hear, always telling me what I needed to hear based on her deep experience. Her degree of attention to detail and follow-up were so good, it felt at times as if I was her only client.
