Just ask Bob Barmore, who, while making his mark in NYC’s Financial District, took a life-changing trip to the Sandhills of North Carolina in the late ’90s. “I fell in love with Pinehurst and began bringing clients here,” he says. “After I retired from Wall Street, I felt the need to do something. Everyone always says, ‘Do something that you are passionate about.’ I am passionate about Pinehurst.” Part of that passion has included helping others also discover the good life in Pinehurst – as a real estate professional with Coldwell Banker Advantage. Since 2007, Bob has helped numerous clients buy or sell luxury and investment properties. Golfing, gated and country club communities are of special interest.
