Originally from Midland, Michigan, I relocated with my family five times. We enjoyed living in Tennessee, Illinois, New York and Connecticut before we landed in Cary, North Carolina. In 2001 after having worked in banking, retail management and non-profit management while raising two daughters, I became a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut. I have been helping people buy and sell homes in the Raleigh area since I moved here in 2002.
Buying or selling a home can be one of lives biggest changes and challenges. Making a move can be a very joyful experience, but it can also be the result of a life change that is causing anxiety. My goal is to help buyers and sellers have a positive experience with the least amount of stress. As a listing specialist, I bring aggressive marketing and sales skills to get your home sold for the best price and terms to meet your needs. Whether you are buying or selling, I bring market knowledge, effective negotiating skills and exceptional customer service to help you through the process. I will take care of the details and provide you with the information you need to meet your real estate goals.
I graduated from Central Michigan University with a BS in Business Management. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS, North Carolina Association of REALTORS, Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS, and Triangle Multiple Listing Service. I am a certified Fine Home Specialist, Strategic Pricing Specialist and hold the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. I specialize in residential real estate, corporate relocation and Senior Active Adult communities.
When I am not helping people buy or sell a home, I enjoy cycling, practicing Tai Chi and yoga, reading, spending time at the many activities the Triangle has to offer or relaxing at the beach. I enjoy cooking healthy meals and earned an Integrative Health Coach certification. I support many charitable organizations in the community including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; Breast Cancer awareness and research; and the Guiding Eyes for the Blind School which provides guide dogs for blind and visually impaired persons.
I look forward to hearing from you. I am never too busy for you or your referrals.
