About MARY ANN

Originally from Midland, Michigan, I relocated with my family five times. We enjoyed living in Tennessee, Illinois, New York and Connecticut before we landed in Cary, North Carolina. During this time, I became very knowledgeable about corporate relocations and several of our real estate agents suggested that I consider a career in real estate sales. I have been a licensed real estate broker since 2001, first working in the Farmington Valley in Connecticut and then for 14 years in the Triangle Region of North Carolina. I love all the elements of helping people buy and sell homes, from the detective work of finding the right home for my Buyer Clients, to developing a strategic marketing and pricing plan for my Seller Clients. It is important to me to make sure my clients have the information they need to make the best decisions they can throughout the process. I take care of the details while bringing effective negotiating, market knowledge and a commitment to excepti onal customer service to the process of buying or selling a home. I graduated from Central Michigan University with a BS in Business Management. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORSÌâå¨, North Carolina Association of REALTORSÌâå¨, Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORSÌâå¨, and Triangle Multiple Listing Service. I am a certified Fine Home Specialist, Strategic Pricing Specialist and hold the Graduate, REALTORÌâå¨ Institute (GRI) designation. I specialize in residential real estate, relocation and Senior Active Adult communities. When I am not helping people buy or sell homes, I enjoy cycling, yoga class, reading or spending time with my husband and two daughters at the many activities the Triangle has to offer or relaxing at the beach. I enjoy cooking healthy meals and recently earned an Integrative Health Coach certification. I support many charitable organizations in the community including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; Breast Cancer awareness and research; and the Guiding Eyes for the Blind School which provides guide dogs for blind and visually impaired persons.
