My Experience

• Raised in Raleigh, NC in a small business and real estate family (both mom and dad were real estate agents,) Julie gained exposure to the growing Triangle area through a lens of service to others and community involvement. After graduating from NC State University, Julie joined the family business and developed her sales skills with Blue Ridge Stone Company. There, along with her father and brother, Julie worked with homeowners, builders, landscapers and developers in promoting the beauty and practicality of natural stone in the home and landscape, and takes pride in seeing her familys products and services on display around the Triangle to this day. Other steps in Julies career path included banking and finance, and major account services in the telecommunications industry. All of these were experiences that contributed to an overall understanding of the many facets to the Triangle Real Estate market, and make Julie Toy the well-crafted Realtor she is today. And just as her parents had taught her the importance of giving back to the community, Julie supports area causes for the individuals (people & dogs) that need it most. She currently is Team Captain of a Relay for Life team with the American Cancer Society, and has worked to fundraise for Rescue Ur Forever Friend (RUFF), the ALS Association, March of Dimes, and the Coalition to Unchain Dogs. Dedication in service to others, and a willingness to work diligently for her clients makes Julie Toy a great choice as your Realtor.
