I have raised my family here in the Lake Gaston area and have specialized in assisting others in finding or selling their properties here since 1998. I worked in Office Management for several years before realizing that I didn't want to spend my career behind a desk and have been so happy with my decision to go into Real Estate instead, working with Buyers and Sellers in and around beautiful Lake Gaston. I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker in both North Carolina and Virginia. I think my past clients would tell you that I'm conscientious, caring and very patient - never pushy. Almost everyone who moves to the Lake does so because they want to, not because they have to so it can literally take years for you to find the right property and the right time or situation for you to purchase - I totally understand that. In this market, we have a good mix of second-home and retirement homes primarily and I have years of experience working successfully with both. I earned my SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist designation in order to learn how to best serve the needs of the senior community in finding (or selling) their lake properties. I also work extensively with second-home or resort property buyers/owners and understand how to best meet their specific needs. I love my job because of the vast diversity of people that I get to know and work with and the fact that no two days are ever the same - it's always something different working to meet my various client needs and I love that!
