Barbara was amazing working with us for both buying and selling our home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area, things to look for, and how to prep our home for buyers. She was absolutely exceptional handling the selling of our home. We had to move out in a rush, and didn't really have a chance to get the home prepped for selling before we left. She spent an immense amount of personal time into both doing and arranging for cleaning, repairs, repainting, outdoor maintenance, and staging... handling it all while we were not there and didn't have to worry at all. The house looked amazing once she was done, and with her recommendations it was sold at asking price within a week of putting it on the market.
