My wife and I searched for a real estate agent to help us find a community and builder for a new home we wanted in the Raleigh/Durham (Cary/Apex) area. Brenda was an outstanding help. My son and I were lost with out my husband who always took care of the details. To add more complications, I was long distance, my son local. she had to keep all of us on the same page, buyer, builder, closing attorney and transferring of utilities during the the challenging holiday time frame when offices would be closed, and freezing weather alerts which could have been terrible if there was a delay and utilities would be shut off.
