My wife and I moved to Milledgeville from out of state, and needed to find a home to buy in a short amount of time. We were only going to be in town for 3 days, and needed to be making an offer so that we would have a house to move into when we got here! From the time we were referred to Terri, she did everything she could to help us. When we were here to look at homes, Terri dedicated her entire weekend to looking at properties with us, and arranged for us to see 22 homes in one day...whew! We ended up finding a house that we loved, and Terri moved quickly to help us get through negotiations and on to closing. Even after we've moved here, Terri has continued to helped us so much! From recommendations in town to lending us office supplies, she has been nothing but wonderful. We would highly recommend Terri to anyone moving to the area.

My husband and I were very blessed to run into Terri Weaver and Kim Herrin AKA Your Home Team. This is the only way to go and they will get the job done for you. We had a promised from a realtor from another company to hold our hand through the process, it was not a holding hand; that was more than a kick. We wasted 5 months of our lives. However, after Terri and Kim jumped on board, we had our property under contract within 2 months. The only reason was not finalized sooner was because of the snow in December and lender delays; totally out of anyone’s control. They were there with us, giving us updates and assurance every step of the way. They just did not sold our house; they found the perfect buyers that loves that house as much as we did. This was a priority for us since we really loved the house that was our family home for many years. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

She was always willing to jump when we wanted to look at something.. But was never too pushy.. She knew what I wanted and never tried to push something on me she knew I wouldn't like.
