So when the time came to \"grow up & make your own living\" She moved to Wilmington Island where her husband was raised. She has made Whitemarsh Island her home for 30 years now. Her daughter, born & raised in the same house, is considered to be one of the many River Rats along the beautiful rivers surrounding the Islands.  Karen found her niche in Real Estate 19 years ago and loves working with clients to find their American Dream.
