Get your Summer started in River Bend Park! TWO lots with two campers (1997 and 2004), deck and camper & deck cover, even the golf cart! Large deck has plenty of room for entertaining or just relaxing with each entrance being gated to keep your pups safe and enclosed. The 2004 camper has a private bedroom, a private bunk room, a full bathroom with tub and lots of living space or the table and couch can be pulled out to be used as additional sleeping areas. The 1997 camper has been recently updated and made into a perfect bunk-house for your kids, grandkids, visiting friends and family, etc. It includes a large living space with storage cabinets and cubbies (no kitchen), a private bath w/stand up shower and 2 private bedroom areas. River Bend is a 400 acre seasonal community open from April 1 to November 1. Located along 10 miles of deep water on the Potomac River allowing for recreational activities like boating, fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing along with many community activities like swimming pools, boat club, trick or treating, basketball court, tennis court, fireworks, car show, playground, bar and restaurant and so many more.
