About Nancy

My name is Nancy McAfee, and I am an Associate Broker with Coldwell Banker Premier in Virginia Beach. I have been in Real Estate for 22 years and have gained a wealth of experience working with both buyers and sellers. I love working with both, and I am especially fond of first time home buyers. I believe that it is of the utmost importance that my clients understand the process that they are about to embark on. With that always in mind, I like to educate my clients and go through the process and the paperwork with them, so that they have a clear understanding of what they are doing. I am a fierce negotiator, but I also know that having a good working relationship with the other agent is key to a smooth transaction. My philosophy is that this isn't just a sale for me, it is your home and the most important purchase you will probably make. I treat my clients as if they are my own family.
