Joe Trinidad served his country in the United States Navy, honing an exceptional skill set that has been essential in is real estate practice. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, he transitioned to the industry working with a construction company, helping the owner with pricing and project management. From there his passion grew and he obtained his Virginia sales license. His background instilled in him great pride in his attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, hard work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Clients also appreciate his upfront honesty and transparency when it comes to their purchase or sale. Joe will tell you how it is and give you the best advice possible when considering your unique situation. He is dedicated to providing the finest service and most accurate results based on your personal needs. Originally from Kenosha, WI, Joe has also lived in Illinois and Virginia. He holds an Associates in Health Sciences from Kaplan University and is near completion of his Bachelors in Finance. Joe served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years as a Hospital Corpsman ending at the rank of Petty Officer Second Class. He was stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, went to Field Medical Training Battalion in Camp Pendleton, California for combat medic school, and then was assigned to Marine Corps Air Station Miramar where he was deployed to Iraq for eight months. His last assignment was at Walter Reed Medical Center Bethesda. Joe specializes in sales and rentals in Springfield, Virginia and surrounding areas. He resides in Monticello Forest in a home he owns and is happy to work where your interests lie. Joe speaks Spanish, likes to golf, and married with a black Lab/Shepard mix dog.
