Chuck Yancura brings exceptional business acumen and professional expertise to Coldwell Banker. His extensive background in construction, sales, and marketing offers unique advantages to his clients. Chuck earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. After completing his studies, he founded a successful oil company, drilling and operating oil and natural gas wells across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. In addition to his entrepreneurial experience, Chuck has a strong foundation in both residential and commercial construction. He has renovated high-end residential properties in New York City, Cambridge, Massachusetts, Westport, Connecticut, and Houston, Texas. On the commercial side, he served as a base superintendent on several projects in Virginia and Maryland. Before returning to his beloved Houston, Chuck honed his sales and marketing skills in New York City, working as a senior design consultant and salesperson for luxury home remodeling. His unique skill set and talents provide him with a keen eye for all aspects of buying and selling your most precious asset—your home!
