Kevin Kolodka is a Charleston realtor, native to the Mt. Pleasant area. After attending college at Belmont University in Nashville, TN, he started his career in real estate in the greater Nashville area, where he successfully represented both sellers and buyers. He eventually returned to the area he loves most, the beautiful Lowcountry of South Carolina. As he grew up in Mt. Pleasant and attended local schools, he is familiar with the school districts and surrounding areas, which lends to his expertise in the Charleston real estate market. He would love to help people find their perfect Charleston home, where they can experience and enjoy this beautiful area as well. Kevin currently resides in Mt. Pleasant, and in his free time, he loves the beach, sports, and frequenting the many wonderful restaurants Charleston has to offer.
