About Tamasha

Though I hail from Southwest Virginia (Go, Hokies!) I have had the pleasure of living in Georgia, North Carolina, Denmark, and the Netherlands. All that traveling has turned me into a person who values being in any place called HOME. Settling in Lithopolis in 2016, I immediately became engaged with community activities from subdivision events to PTO and city council. Since 2017 I have volunteered as a board member with Lithopolis Honeyfest, and in 2024 I became 2nd Vice President of Ohio Festivals and Events Association. It's important to me that I'm actually out serving my community in ways that extend beyond sales! My background in human resources has been a blessing since becoming a real estate agent in 2017, and I am fortunate to have helped so many people realize their goals with buying, selling, and investing in real estate. A Type-A personality, I started thinking, "What more can I learn in real estate?" In 2024 I became an Escrow Officer and currently spend most of my days knee-deep in deeds, conveyances, and title work. But the best part is that I get to sit at the table and walk people through a closing, making that last step in a real estate transaction as easy and pleasant as possible. I graduated from the Columbus Board of Realtors Leadership Academy in 2024, and I am delighted to join the Coldwell Banker team as I continue my professional growth and support of our incredible local communities in the most meaningful ways.
