About PAUL

Born in San Antonio, Texas, I made the move to Raleigh, North Carolina in 2001. I have spent over twenty years in the world of Real Estate since then in one form or another, exploring its many facets. My passion for property was sparked by my father, who was both an elementary school principal and a small-scale Real Estate Investor. Together, we scouted for houses, carried out renovations to add value, and successfully sold them. The memories of working alongside him are truly cherished. After moving to Raleigh, I furthered my education by earning a Paralegal Certificate from UNC Chapel Hill. I began my professional journey working as a Real Estate Paralegal and continued until 2006. Adapting to market changes, I ventured into employment with a friend, while also establishing a successful Handyman Business of my own. By 2014, this venture had grown into a full-time occupation. In 2015, I transitioned back to Real Estate closings and later found a role at SoftPro as a Trust Account Reconciler. The birth of my son signified a significant shift in my life, which naturally led to the subsequent decision to get a real estate license. Presently settled in Cary, I find joy in engaging in activities like golf, prioritizing a healthy lifestyle, and crafting enduring memories with my family, frequently including my wife's parents. Parenthood has proven to be an incredible adventure, one that I embrace wholeheartedly alongside my amazing wife and three incredible daughters aged 18, 16, and 13.
