About Freddy

Born in Caracas Venezuela, from a European family, went to San Ignacio de Loyola for the high school and them he graduated from Universidad Central of Venezuela in Business Administration. He worked more than 20 years as a Finance Director in several Multinational Companies as Pfizer, Merck, and Ingersoll Rand. Was involved directly with the acquisition of the Real Estate Headquater in Caracas for Pfizer with a 20.000 Million dollars in investment and also was leading the purchase of the main office for Merck. After many year working in Finance , he decided to enter in Real Estate business in Miami and South of Florida in 2015 when he decided to move from Venezuela . Freddy has sold millions in properties and constantly is coaching International investor mainly from LATAM. Freddy belong the Miami Association of Realtors.
