Sharee Smith comes to Coldwell Banker with over 20 years of real estate and multifamily property management experience working for investors and developers. As a Home Staging Expert® certified home stager, Sharee offers the added value of a complimentary home staging consultation to thank each seller for their listing. Sharee is also an approved agent for buyers using the Neighborhood Assistance Homeownership Corporation (NACA) mortgage program to finance their home. NACA is the largest non-profit, HUD certified, homeownership counseling organization.
