About Lyuda

Lyuda Stabile joined Coldwell Banker Realty after getting her license in early 2024. It was her love of architecture and the creativity of interior design, that encouraged her to get into Real Estate. Being sponsored in 2003 to move to the USA from Ukraine, she landed in Chicago and quickly began working in the field of health care, with a secondary residence in Naples Florida in 2016. Having a Master’s degree from Ukraine, as a concert violinist, has gifted her skills to listen, communicate and to pay attention to the small things. On a personal level, golf & tennis are sports she enjoys while skiing, when the time permits, is another outdoor activity on her list, a sports enthusiast for sure. “Now a full-time resident of Naples, I would welcome an opportunity in helping you find or sell a home, that I have come to love so much, here in beautiful Naples FL. “ Languages spoken include: Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English.
