Born and raised in Belgium, Daniel has been involved in real estate transactions since 2008. He speaks 5 languages and works with both national and international clients. Daniel had a busy life before teaming up with Coldwell Banker Realty. After graduating in Business Administration from the European Business School in London (UK), he began his banking career at American Express Bank in Frankfurt, Germany. He was transferred to New York, then back to Frankfurt, and then to Luxembourg, working in loan syndications, and commercial and private banking. He then worked for Banque Générale du Luxembourg in Frankfurt before joining Banque Degroof, a Belgian private bank where he worked in asset management and OTC derivatives. After becoming the Commercial Director (Belgium) for the consumer finance arm of General Electric, he was named Chief Financial Officer in 2006 for Redcorp SA, a privately held Belgian group of companies with operations in Belgium and Sri Lanka. He also became a Director, investor, and shareholder in their real estate company. Daniel speaks English, Dutch, French, German, and Hebrew. His international roots coupled with his vast travel experience give him a global perspective that has taught him to recognize creative and unconventional solutions to meet each client's individual goals. Daniel's work and experience help him hone the high-level professionalism and accountability that are evident when negotiating a deal. His work additionally granted him a flair for numbers and a keen investment mindset, both of which translate into added value for his clients. Daniel has worked with his associate, Jeryl Rubin, since joining Coldwell Banker Realty 2 years ago. She has received awards for the past 7 years, most recently the Coldwell Banker International President's Circle, awarded to the top 7% of Coldwell Banker Agents. She is also a Luxury Property Specialist. Daniel previously lived in Delray Beach but has a special fondness for his newly constructed community in Boca Raton, its unique setting, diverse properties, and lifestyle offerings. In his leisure time, Daniel can be found playing golf, cycling, and playing pickleball.
