About Me Home is where we start our families and dreams and where our long term memories are born! I associate my lifetime goals of finishing my education, starting a career and a family with my home. I have been successful at the last two goals but now realize I may never achieve the first one. From getting my B.S. double degree from Fordham as a finance major and international business - getting a broker’s license in property and casualty insurance - a realtor’s license and extensive technology and real estate specific training at Coldwell Banker – I understand that I will never finish my education; it’s an ongoing process. After graduating, I understood that real estate could be my career avenue as both a practitioner and investor/developer. My husband and I have purchased, renovated and resold a number of residential and commercial properties. As such, I understand the need to fully examine the property, understand its shortcomings and what will be required to bring it up to market standards and then assess the local neighborhood to make sure the property fits the profile of the likely buyer. Whether you view your home as an investment with the hope of a profit, or an investment in the future of your family – the details are critical. As a finance major in college and an investor in real estate I am fully versed in every aspect of the transaction. Raising my family in this beautiful area I feel fortunate for the path I am on and take the responsibility of being an agent seriously. We have a fiduciary responsibility to clients which is the bedrock of the relationship. With that I bring a love of real estate and interior design, enthusiasm for all the possibilities inherent in the industry and a deep desire to achieve for my clients an outstanding and fully satisfying experience.
