The Lakeside Office, which opened in January 2018, is our company’s newest location. On Northshore Drive just off Pellissippi Parkway, CBW Lakeside features an upscale, modern design and caters to today’s mobile real estate professional on the go.
The Northshore area has seen exponential growth over the past few years, with the addition of the Northshore Town Center, a popular destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Proximity to the Tennessee River and Fort Loudoun Lake also make this area of town highly desirable to call home.
