About Us
Our Farragut office is located near the intersection of Kingston Pike and Lovell Road, about 15 miles from Downtown Knoxville. Farragut was named for Civil War Admiral David Farragut, but the area was originally known as Campbell's Station. Incorporated as a town in 1980, Farragut includes areas west up to the Loundon County line and east to Lovell Road as well as mostly south of I-40/75 except for a few neighborhoods north of the Interstate which are also included.
Farragut has seen tremendous growth over the years, especially with the development of Turkey Creek, where amenities such as shopping, dining, and other attractions abound. Farragut is a thriving community with churches, libraries and community centers as well as options for casual and fine dining, shopping and more. Farragut offers gyms and other workout facilities as well as salons, spas and other professional services.
Approximately 80 agents are based in our Farragut Office. They serve clients in all areas of East Tennessee, but many specialize in the luxury market, including upper bracket homes in some of East Tennessee's most highly desirable neighborhoods.
Coldwell Banker Wallace has been a real estate leader in East Tennessee since its founding in 1936.
