Professional Philosophy My philosophy is more than just words but consists of 2 major factors, communication and action. Communication in Real Estate is one of the top 3 factors that clients want and deserve. A Realtor does not work 9-5. Most deals are done after hours and on the weekends. Being available is very important to me and to my clients. Action for me is being a full service Realtor and being able to provide exceptional contract negotiating, solutions to an array of situations that arise in any transaction and working with a team of professionals, from lenders, contractors and a wide variety of vendors that have been compiled over 2 decades. Personal Background A native to the Peninsula and son to native San Franciscans. I have 3 kids of my my own and very involved as a father. From coaching soccer, baseball, and football to teaching them how to surf and snowboard, being able to enjoy these activities side by side with my kids keeps my heart full. Currently living In San Mateo with my fiancé, building a very bright future. Professional Experience Before becoming a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker I had been in the construction business for 12 years doing new construction and remodeling.
