BIOGRAPHY I have been a licensed Realtor for over 32 years working in the Sacramento area. I have experienced both good and slow market conditions. I have been fortunate to have been recognized in the industry and awarded several honors for production due to hard work and dedication. A large portion of my success is due to repeat customers and referrals. EDUCATION I completed four years of College. I received a BA, majoring in Art. I attended two years at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and finishing my last two years at San Francisco State University in San Francisco, California. I also attended Healds Business College. AFFILIATIONS I am a licensed member in good standing of the Sacramento Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. My husband and I are also members of a local Swim and Racquet Club and the Olympic Club in San Francisco. PROFESSIONAL PHILOSPHY I take pride in developing relationships with my clients based on trust, working on their behalf in a knowledgeable and professional manner. I achieve this trust through open communications both with my clients and other realtors. PERSONAL BACKGROUND I have lived in Sacramento for 49 years. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked at home raising three children. I did volunteer work at our church, school and in the community. I entered some art shows, winning a few awards and completed some commission work. Prior to this, I worked at the California Teachers Association in San Francisco and in a large department store called The White House doing personnel work, mainly employment. I consider myself a "people person", enjoying all phases of my present business - selling Real Estate.
