Spencer Pierson is a local, born and raised Southern Californian. Living in the South Bay his entire life, Spencer knows it like the back of his hand. Growing up he watched his mother manage rental properties and learned how his grandfather parlayed a trash collection business into a real estate development and investment company. While growing up at the family house in Rancho Palos Verdes, Spencer experienced the challenges and benefits of home ownership first hand through his parents. Upon graduation from Palos Verdes High School, Spencer pursued his goal of obtaining a Bachelors in Business Administration at the University of Southern California (U.S.C). While at U.S.C, Spencer experienced being a renter for the first time. While renting at U.S.C Spencer experienced the challenges first hand, of having apartment mates. With the challenging rental environment and soaring rental costs, this is a solution that many young people are increasingly turning to. This college living experience makes Spencer uniquely qualified to find an optimal solution for every renter. Upon graduation from U.S.C in 2017, Spencer obtained a Bachelors Degree in Accounting in addition to his Bachelors in Business Administration. After graduation Spencer immersed himself in the family business. While working there Spencer learned the ins and outs of commercial real estate. He learned everything that matters to investors from expenses to taxes to construction to deal structures to deal negotiations and city challenges.
