I know the market and its trajectory from week to week, which enables me to assist sellers with the best strategic pricing and buyers to put together a winning bid. I guide clients through the maze of tasks necessary to market a house or to evaluate a purchase. I make sure that all of the bases are covered for clients. With my extensive network, I put clients in touch with the best in tradespeople, finance, design, landscaping and movers. I stay in touch with clients before, during and long after a transaction. My clients become my friends and we work collaboratively to meet their needs. I solve problems. Personal Background I am a Peninsula resident since 1981 and know the area like a native. Both of my children went to school and grew up here. My son works in Palo Alto. I have been on the board of the Menlo Parents Association and have volunteered in elementary schools in the area. I have been on the board of the Cleo Eulau Center (now Acknowledge Alliance). My extensive network of people in the community, in businesses and education bring life into my work.
