About Paul

In 2016 Paul started his Real Estate career in Property Management for multi-family homes. From garden style communities to luxury high rises, Paul quickly found success in both leasing and management. In 2020 Paul started representing clients as a Listing Coordinator, handling pre-transaction paperwork and listing homes on the market. He then transitioned into the agent role in 2022 when he obtained his Real Estate license and joined Coldwell Banker. Born in the Philippines, Paul moved to the Bay Area at the age of six years old. He has lived in South San Francisco for the majority of his life and spent time living in Sacramento during his college years where he found his path in Real Estate. Paul believes in helping people find a place to call their home, rather than just selling them one. He lives by the quote from the late great Maya Angelou, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
