Trina has lived in San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. She was born in San Leandro, raised in Union City with strong roots in Oakland, CA. She has also lived and/or worked in the Central Valley, South Bay and the Peninsula. Needless to say, she has gained a considerable amount of knowledge of different neighborhoods and their distinct characteristics in these areas. As a college graduate of California State University-Hayward, with degrees in Criminal Justice and Business, Trina understands the importance of education and always considers herself a student of her craft. It was through real estate investing that she realized her passion for helping others meet their real estate needs. She is a consummate professional who has a natural skill to negotiate win-win deals without compromising her clients' best interests. She always operates in integrity, but with a "must close the deal" attitude. Trina has successfully closed 100% of all traditional and non-traditional real estate transactions she's facilitated.
