About Kate

Born and raised on Indianola Way (the Halloween street), she attended Paradise Canyon and then Palm Crest Elementary school (where her mother was a teacher!). She also attended La Canada Junior High and High School before heading east and attending Villanova University (Go Wildcats!). At Villanova University, Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Criminal Justice, with a minor in Communications. Upon graduation, Kate returned to the west coast and began working in Event Planning. While working at the University of Southern California, she met her husband - also from La Canada! After living in Altadena for 7 years, Kate and her husband purchased a house in La Canada in 2020 to be able to send their kids to the award-winning schools they loved attending themselves. They have three beautiful daughters and a huge Swiss Mountain Dog named Kane. Kate is very detailed oriented, hard-working, and friendly. She loves helping her friends, and clients who become friends, buy and sell their homes. Outside of La Canada, she is also extremely familiar with Altadena, Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino and La Crescenta.
