Your Trusted Advocate Carol’s passion for real estate started over 20 years ago when she began investing in income properties. Most recently, she was Community Sales Manager at Rose Lane, the new home development in Larkspur, where she sold over $30 million in luxury homes. Her real estate knowledge includes condominiums, trust sales, 1031 exchanges, short sales, homeowners associations, first time buyers, and property management. Carol’s clients trust her negotiating skills, calm demeanor and dedication to excellence to move them smoothly though each transaction. Carol is a Board member of her HOA and serves on the Education/Events Committee for the Marin Association of Realtors.
