He has received many prestigious real estate designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.), Certified International Property Specialist (C.I.P.S), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Graduate Realtors Institute Certification (G.R.I.) and The California Real Estate Certificate (R.E.C.I.). He is a past president of the Realtors' Marketing Association. Joe is also a Five Star REO and Short Sale Certified Professional. Since 1978, Joe has professionally marketed and sold over 1 Billion dollars of residential real estate.
