Richard Evans was born and raised in the Baltimore Area, attended Gilman School and UVA, where he received a BA degree. He played lacrosse and received All-American Honors. He was an entrepeneur in the restaurant business in the Baltimore-Washington Areas from 1970 to 1990. He founded the popular Resaurant "The Crease" in Towson. During his restaurant career he worked for presidential aspirants and Presidents doing White House advance work. "Real Estate has become his passsion."
