Marketing and market positioning is the key to success as a seller in today's real estate market. Kris will make sure that you know where the market is today and where your property needs to be positioned to be competitive and attractive to buyers. She utilizes the Internet resources provided by Coldwell Banker to reach the largest online audience. Considering all first showings occur online in today's market place, your home will be featured on: Coldwell Banker National and Local sites (which currently receive more than double the online views of any of their competitors), Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, even You Tube and Face book! Your home will be “googleable” with its own URL and QR code. Once strategically positioned on the market, a prospective buyer will come into your home and feel as though the stage is set for them to move right in.
Kris will personally stage your home so that each individual can visualize themselves in it. She will take them through the showing with ease and comfort answering their questions with detailed knowledge and building a rapport with each potential buyer. You want people to remember your home at the end of that long day of showings. Kris makes it her goal to make that happen. As a fierce negotiator, Kris understands that your success is her success.
