For buyers that want to do this right -- I shoot very straight, I know my stuff, and you can put away the image of the guy in the brown suit and glued down hair just trying to sell you something. I'm not gonna just sell you on anything. I'll inform, and we'll talk about it. Give me a shout and you might be pleasantly surprised by a real estate guy. Have house - will travel -- As I said, I get around. I'll generally list homes for sale in most of Dodge, Waukesha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties, and sometimes outside this area at my discretion.
* I'll work as a Buyer's Agent (to purchase properties that are not my listings) at my discretion, depending upon numerous factors. There is no charge to the buyer for this (exception: for sale by owner property; call me for details).
* I'm licensed to work anywhere in the State of Wisconsin.
