  • Business Philosophy~Jan K. Gyllstrom was born in Helsinki, Finland. His childhood love of tennis landed him a scholarship to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he majored in marketing and graduated cum laude. After working as a tennis professional at the prestigious "AAA 5 Diamond" Phoenician resort in Phoenix, Arizona, Jan attained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis in Finance.
  • Upon graduating, Jan began work in the finance and accounting field, at a Fortune 500 company. His passion for the numbers and home building brought him to the booming Las Vegas market as Finance Director at KB Home. After several successful years as Vice President of Finance in the homebuilding industry, Jan decided his passion was working with clients and customers. He obtained his real estate agent license and began assisting clients with all of their real estate needs.
