Catherine is a third generation Ann Arborite. Upon graduation from Greenhills School, she sought to see the world and widen her scope. Since 2000, she has lived and studied all over the world, but Ann Arbor has always been her home. Her townie roots, combined with her graduate education in art and architecture and desire to help others, led organically to her involvement in Real Estate, first as a property manager and then a licensed Realtor.
Catherine is known for her extensive knowledge of the market area and her unmatched devotion to clients. Catherine's primary focus is listening to the client and building a relationship maintained through skillful and effective communication. She is deeply committed to working tirelessly on their behalf. Her attention to detail, candid advice, and intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling has made her a skillful negotiator. She understands that every deal is a new and unique experience. She is thoughtful, wise, and maintains integrity at every stage of a real estate transaction. This approach has, in turn, made her successful and gained for her clients the outcomes and financial results they hoped for.
For Catherine being part of a client's home buying or selling journey is a privilege. She values that trust deeply and understands that her behavior and ethics reflect back on her ability to achieve the best interests of her client. Real Estate, as an industry, is all about reputation and referral. Catherine is an actively conscientious Realtor who exudes credibility, commitment, and determination in everything she does. Her excellent customer service and friendly approach, combined with her sophisticated market sense, provide both desired results AND an enjoyable experience for every client.
When not assisting her clients with their real estate endeavors, Catherine can be found teaching humanities classes at Washtenaw Community College, volunteering as the President of the Delta Gamma House Corporation, and supporting numerous community philanthropic endeavors as a member of the Buhr Foundation. She has a passion for animals, watching college basketball and football, and spending time with her family.
