Andrew was great. He sold our house on the first weekend it was on the market, over asking price, and with our requested unusual terms. The whole process was as easy as it could possibly be. He proactively kept in touch with us and did not need babysitting to get things done.

Andrew is very attentive, personable, always available when needed. He is prompt with answering questions and explaining things I did not understand. This is the second house he has worked with me on and most definitely would recommend him.

We used Andrew as our realtor to purchase a home in the Knoxville area from across the country. He communicated extremely well, understood what we were looking for, and even FaceTime'd us multiple times showing us properties we were unable to see in person. Andrew was incredibly professional and quick to respond to all of our concerns or requests. We were moving from out of state so knowing we could trust him and his suggestions were crucial. We feel he went above and beyond throughout the entire process.  Being able to check out the homes we couldn't, including live walk throughs, guidance on submitting offers and walking us through to the finish line is so important. Andrew has been the consummate all-around, most wonderful real estate broker and hand-holder! He was referred to me by my daughter, who had heard about him from her employer, another happy Andrew customer. I was living in Raleigh NC and Andrew set about sending me appropriate opportunities right away. I was rarely actually in Knoxville in person, so he had his work cut out for him. He was never pushy or overbearing in any way. Just eager to please and very hard-working. He ended up finding a place for me that was not yet listed -- and wrangled an awesome deal for me in this crazy overpriced market. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He took care of so many details for me -- the inspection, all of the documents -- all I did was sign online, and of course the closing. We had a hiccup with the closing and he had to reschedule it 3 days later which I'm sure was a huge pain for him -- but always he was smiling and very helpful in every way possible. He covers all the bases - and I've owned quite a few houses and seen many RE people. Andrew is the real deal! He's someone who can do the job and just happens to be very likable too. A winning combination!

From the start to the finish line Andrew was available to my every request and kept in close communication. He sold my condo in one day and walked me through the entire process I cannot recommend him highly enough and would not hesitate to use him again.

Andrew did a top notch job of seeing us (myself, my son, and my elderly mother) through the sale of mom's condo. He immediately (before we actually listed it) got us a contract and guided us each step of the way and although there were some bumps in the road (not on our part) he did a great job of keeping us informed but more importantly convincing mom not to worry and encouraging her that everything was going to work out. Quick offer, great price, and a real professional to to handle everything for us...what more could you ask for! While I don't see any other sales in our immediate future should one arise Andrew would be our Go To Guy.

I first met Andrew briefly a few years ago when I was looking to buy without a buyer's agent. He was the listing agent for a house I was interested in. Although I didn't end up buying that property, he showed me the house and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Andrew is one of the best people I have ever worked with. He was an outstanding agent and a respectable man. As first time sellers, we were nervous about the selling process; however, Andrew made the process super easy. He explained everything very well and even put our minds at ease throughout the process. We never had any trouble getting hold of him, none of our questions were foolish to Andrew, and every time we got off the phone with Andrew, we would look at each other and say, "We found the right guy!" We are so grateful to Andrew for all he has done for us. A few times in life you meet an exceptional person who is in a job they love, and Andrew is one of those. Our respect and admiration increased with each interaction with him and also as we watched him interact with others in the process of selling our home. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, off-the-chart interpersonal skills- the adjectives could go on. Five stars won't cover what we saw in Andrew in this process. First of all, I have to say that this review has the potential of being biased as Andrew is my son and I know firsthand what kind of person he is, how he cares about people, how hard he works and the knowledge base he has developed to support being the best real estate agent he can be. Having said that, I am attempting to be unbiased as possible and just reflect on the great support that he provided in our case. Probably the most important requirement as a real estate agent is to make the entire process as easy as possible. Andrew thrives at this. He takes care of everything. I was an easy case as the house sold based on Andrew's contacts in the business before we even listed it. He helped with the negotiations to make sure we got a fair price. He supported the review of the inspection results, helped line up folks to deal with the items that needed to be fixed and coordinated with them throughout the process. He always had my best interests in mind throughout the process but he was also sensitive to the needs of the buyers and making sure they would be happy with the process, the transaction and the house. All of the paperwork was handled electronically and made effortless for me which was critical since I was out of the country for virtually the entire process. I don't know if Andrew ever sleeps because his response is instantaneous whenever any kind of question comes up. Most importantly, Andrew brings a sense of calm and competence throughout the process that puts people at ease and gives them confidence that everything is handled. I know there are a lot of discount approaches to handling a real estate sale now and I'm sure that will have an impact on the traditional real estate agent model over time but I can tell you that having someone as professional and service-oriented as Andrew help you in the process is worth every penny involved. You won't regret it.

He had us price our current home higher than We initially felt comfortable with but we managed to sell it the first day for above asking price.
