A New Approach to Selling Your Home
A recent survey indicated that during this new normal way of life, people who are considering selling their home, are generally willing to allow real estate agents and potential buyers inside, if safety precautions are taken. However, they do indicate that they are less comfortable when it comes to hosting an open house. Of course, this is understandable, given the current health concerns associated with groups and crowds.
According to the same survey, when asked to select what technology would be most helpful when deciding on a new home, buyers said:
- Virtual tours of the home
- Accurate and detailed listing information
- Detailed neighborhood information
- High-quality listing photos
- Agent-led video chat
