Marques Jordan, Affiliate Broker, REALTOR® has found a way to combine his knowledge and experience with his passion for working with people. Before getting into the real estate business in November of 2013, Marques previously worked in construction, this experience allows him to provide his clients with insight into potential issues before finding out after a home inspection. He understands the purchase and/or sale of a home is one of the biggest decisions in his client's lives and the biggest purchase of their lives. Marques prides himself on being patient and easy going while providing each client excellent service and attention throughout the buying and selling process, making the process less stressful.Knoxville is a great place to live and work, which is why Marques is proud to be a Koxvillian. Growing up in Knoxville, Marques has witnessed the growth and understands which areas are up and coming. His intimate knowledge of the area and his experiences of living here give him a passion for helping his clients find their perfect home. His love for Knoxville and his kids is also the reason he volunteers his time. He currently serves on the Governmental Affairs Committee at the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors and more importantly, serves as PTO President at Rocky Hill Elementary School.
