Crystal Coffey
Crystal Coffey was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee in a family of real estate professionals. Her grandparents owned Croley Realty Company, where Crystal's mother worked as a Realtor, and her father Bo was an owner of Tennessee Valley Title Insurance Company. While growing up, Crystal worked for her father at Tennessee Valley Title, assisting in both residential and commercial transactions learning about the importance of the real estate title process. One of her most cherished memories, however, was asking her grandmother why she liked to sell homes. Her response was, Crystal, I like to help people. In 2004, fully recognizing the importance of her grandmother's words, Crystal decided to pursue a career in real estate. Since then, she has helped countless buyers and sellers with their homes. Crystal has a wealth of experience working with investors as well as seasoned buyers and sellers who bring new and unique challenges to the buying and selling experience. Crystal loves working with first time buyers because of the excitement they bring to the buying process. She especially prides herself on educating first time buyers through every detail of the purchase. Crystal works hard to get all clients the best deal for their unique situation. This was our third big move: VT to FL to MA to Knoxville and it was an absolute BEAR. We traveled to Knoxville 3 different times to view houses, had our closing delayed 3 times, and lost a house prior to purchasing the one we finally closed on this past weekend.
Crystal never EVER gave up and always had a smile on her face. Days when we were tired and discouraged she kept us upbeat. She was always on top of every detail and kept us (and our agent/lawyer) on our toes.
She is the epitome of southern charm and we feel blessed to have her by our side through the whole process. We are finally in our forever home and we made a friend in the process.

Crystal is the best realtor you can have in this area. She has represented us as both a buyers and sellers agent. She is knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Through the home buying process, she saved us from buying a few houses with major issues, when other agents would have just let us buy the faulty house and happily walked away with their commission check. When we sold our house, she kept us updated and reassured through every step of the process. She gave us advice to get top dollar for our property, and she sold it in less than one week. She has even recommended professionals to perform quality repairs on our homes. Crystal sold us our first home, and we have not and WILL NOT work with any other realtor. Crystal was amazing to work with! She was attentive, focused, and literally made magic happen. We had less than 5 weeks to find a house, sign, inspect, and close. With her diligence and support we made it all happen AND on schedule. I couldn't believe it could happen that fast! She has checked on us periodically and has ALWAYS provided any clarification or facts needed even 6 months + later. Crystal is an asset to Coldwell Banker and I will be referring her any time I can in the future. Twice she has come to my rescue over the years and I could never thank her enough!!! THANK YOU!!!

After moving to a new area we really needed to sale our house. Renting out became a big headache. Crystal reached out to us through a nice letter in the mail. Her professionalism, kindness and positivity is what convinced us she was the right fit for us! As soon as we gave her the opportunity she sold our house for our list price. We highly recommend Crystal and we're very pleased with how easy the process was! Our house was being rented when we first tried to sell. The renters made it very difficult for her to show the house. Once their lease was up she had an offer within weeks!! The closing process was real easy even though we live in a different area. We were able to sign documents without having to travel. Living hours away didn't make the process any different!! In all reality we could have closed without traveling but when our BIG day came we wanted to be there and see the house one last time! We were real worried about selling the house during a Pandemic but Crystal did a virtual tour for our listing and Facebook as well! The virtual tour had to be the coolest thing we've ever seen! It was very professional and gave potential buyers a chance to see the property without having to be there. During the time we were renting our renters made her job so difficult. Crystal remained positive and kept us positive!! She knew how bad we wanted to sell but she couldn't do her job because of the renters. It was a real trying time and Crystal kept pushing forward! Crystal refused to give up and never became negative!! Her communication with us couldn't have been any better. She kept us updated with potential buyers and gave us suggestions on things we could do to sell the house. We were very pleased with Crystal Coffey!! We couldn't have found a better agent!!!
