I have been guiding people to their new homes since 2014. I am a native Knoxvillian therefore, I have tons of professional and personal experience with the area. I am married and we have a beautiful little girl together. We are very active with our church and enjoy interacting with our community. When I'm not selling real estate I travel a lot with my family. We love going on adventures whether it is on a picnic to the park or jumping in the car and traveling to a new state to explore all the many wonders out there. I am also in a car club so you can always find me at a car show showing off my 68' Chevy. I am very family oriented. My dad, mom and siblings and nieces and nephews live close by and you can always find at least one of them, if not all of them, with me out exploring either by foot or riding the trails on ATV'S. I love everything outdoors and live life to the fullest. I am always eager to hit the road to show houses, list a house, or add another memory with my family. So whether you are selling or buying, its always a fun time with me as your agent.
My Client Reviews
Working with Ashley was a wonderful experience. Motivated, honest, communicative, and professional are all words that immediately come to mind when we think of our interaction with her. We initially thought it would take several weeks/months to find a house because of the demand in the area, but Ashley listened to what our priorities were as home buyers and quickly found a home that fit our needs sooner that we thought. She made sure to send us updated lists, schedule our visits within our available time, and provided great advice about the homes we looked at. We will definitely refer her to our friends/colleagues as our interaction with her was very positive. If you're looking for a house and you've got all your ducks in a row, she's a great person to help you find that home quickly. If you're exploring the possibility of home-ownership, her no-pressure approach to helping you will put any anxiety at ease. We cannot say enough positive things about her and customer-service.
Ashley is a wonderful realtor, and she made the whole process for my first time home purchase very easy. She was always available for questions, and everything she does is in your best interest. She will not steer you in the wrong direction!
I am quite pleased in having selected Ashley Hiles as my realtor. Ashley was very professional and responsive to all the questions that I had as a first time home buyer. She made me feel quite comfortable during the purchase as she explained to me what will be happening throughout the process. Ashley demonstrated her attention to details and was able to narrow down my alternatives to those that meet my must have within my cost range. I am extremely satisfied with her services and if I ever had to buy a new house, I am definitively calling Ashley again!

June 14th is Flag Day and if you need a refresher on how to display the American Flag at your home or business, here are some great tips! Traditional guidelines call for displaying the flag in public only from sunrise to sunset. However, the flag may be displayed at all times if it's illuminated during darkness. The flag should not be subject to weather damage, so it should not be displayed during rain, snow and wind storms unless it is an all-weather flag. The flag should be displayed often, bu...
