"One of the secrets of life is that all that is really worth doing is what we do for others." - Lewis Carroll

I welcome the opportunity to provide a professional and personal experience for buying or selling, whether it is your first home or your last.

My background in many aspects of the real estate industry allows me to assess what adds value to a seller's home, or help create vision for a buyer's home. My experience includes lender owned real estate, mortgage servicing, rental property management, construction, remodeling and insurance restoration.

I live in Knoxville with my wife and we have four children, two boys and two girls. My wife and I share a deep affinity for all things Tennessee; the culture, the people and the great outdoor life afforded us in this part of the United States. I am a graduate of Knoxville's Johnson Bible College and have proudly served in the U.S. Army and the Tennessee Army National Guard.

I look forward to serving you.

    My Client Testimonials

We are so happy and blessed that you were our real estate agent. When other agents were inflating numbers to get a contract, you came in with actual market analysis, area comps, and market trends. You were truthful and honest with us every step of the way, which put our minds at ease. The process was better than I could have imagined. You are a top rate realtor, friend, and we will be forever grateful that you helped us find the home of our dreams! Adam D.
You made the process of selling my first home and buying another so easy. Anytime I had questions, you were always there to answer. You made us feel like we were your only clients when we knew otherwise. Kelly F.
Kevin is trustworthy, honest and always a professional. I would certainly enlist his services again. Brian C.
Kevin really took the time to make sure we understood the process of buying and selling which eased the stress and made us feel more empowered. He kept us well informed though the entire transaction. We would most definitely use Kevin's services again and intend to tell our friends about him. Charles P.
