Deborah was a wonderful realtor that helped us sell our home and move I to our dream home. She took the time to actively listen to our wants and needs with searching for a forever home. She was quick to respond to all our questions. She developed rapport and trust with our family woth ease.

Deborah is an absolute professional. She took time to learn who we were and what our needs were so as to find an optimal solution for us. I was impressed with her work ethic. She was always on the job it seems. She provided us with professional advice in a very personal way. We felt like we were working with a friend who happened to be a real estate agent.

Attention potential buyers or sellers: Deborah Saunders was an absolute dream to work with during our house hunt in the Knoxville area! We called three realtors based on recommendations and Deborah was our first call. After that initial conversation we had no reason to vet the others as she was knowledgeable, reassuring (a bonus in this crazy market), and incredibly professional. So if her British accent does not have you at hello, her real estate savvy will! Our purchase was made even more complicated by the fact we were 4 hours away. Moving from Middle to East TN was not an easy process. It required extra planning, a huge amount of patience, AND more importantly, a realtor who knew what she was doing. Deborah returned or answered every call and text, calmed us down when warranted, gave us incredible guidance, and her honesty was refreshing and much needed. Even when time was of the essence and her day was booked, she made arrangements with her Coldwell Banker Wallace team to assist us and they were equally fantastic (Zack Fairly is a great guy and our good luck charm). We had only a small amount of knowledge about the area, but Deborah expertly navigated us through neighborhoods, traffic, appraisals, inspections, title companies, and when time allowed: a cool spot to sit, breathe, talk, think, and hopefully grab a quick bite. More often than not, she would give us a pep talk (again, this market is brutal). We ended up with a home we love, at a price that was reasonable, and in a place we have found so much to enjoy and explore. Deborah Saunders is the reason we are here and made our wish come true.

Deb has a great knowledge of the West Knoxville area after being here for many years in the real estate profession. She also has good relationships with home inspectors and remodeling contractors.
