Andria was absolutely amazing. We live out of town and without her we would not have gotten our home sold. We ended up with renter issues, repair issues, unexpected re-model issues to name a few. She never gave up on us or our property. She located the help we needed to remedy our situations so that we didn't have to worry. Her communication was amazing. Being so far away it was so hard to know what was happening but with Andria, we always knew about the house, the showings, the feedback. We had 42 showings in 10 days, within 2 weeks 3 offers with one over the asking price. Her marketing was amazing. We had total trust and faith in her. We can't say enough positive things about Andria. Not only were we new to Jacksonville we were new to the United States.

Andria definitely listen to what we were looking for in a home and showed us places that matched. She never tried to push us towards another house that wouldn't work. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the area and surrounding areas we were looking at. She worked pretty much around the clock for us weather it was sending us listings, making offers, or submitting paperwork for us. She was able to answer all our questions about the house and home buying process. She was able to give us all the information we needed for local utilities and other services. Very attention to detail oriented professional. She is definitely a win for the company and this is coming from a career military servicemember. She was able to assist with the sale of my home from my duty station on the other half of the country with my best interests made a priority and faster than I expected. Andria helped us find a wonderful home. After renting for nearly 4 years we were ready to find something more permanent. She is 5 Star all around! She is one of the best realtors my husband and I have worked with. She took time with us, helped us look at probably 10 resale homes in Jacksonville area in 1 day since we were coming from out of town. The weekend after she took us to 4 more and we decided to build, she helped us find a company to build with and was with us the whole process. She is a realtor you want by your side but she also became an amazing friend along the way. She goes out of her way to help others and I could call her if she couldn't answer she was calling back within an hour or less. She knew the area very well. Understood what we were looking for and help us build our dream home in the process. The 1st day we met our 7 year old wanted to ride with her and within an hour she had our trust to have our little one in her car without us. Andria is the Best realtor you could have. Don't go to just anyone, go to Andria, she actually cares about you and your needs for a home!
