Cory Cash

Cory has been such a pleasure to work with! We were looking for an investment property that we could not be there to see as we live in a different state (but looking to relocate to my native Texas state one day). On the same day we would ask about a property, within hours he was already there taking video to show us and pointing out pros and cons of each place. Additionally, he would video record the surrounding neighborhoods and businesses adding his personal thoughts on the areas as far as safety, traffic trends, timing to get to different places, etc. Being that he is a native to Lubbock was so helpful as he knows all the ins and outs of the city. Cory was readily available, quick to respond, organized, and always gave the impression we were his top priority. We found a great rental property we are very pleased with. Closing went so smooth and easy, and Cory was so helpful throughout. Though he is very knowledgeable, he is very humble in that if there is something he does not know for sure, he says he is not sure but will find out. He quickly finds out and gets back usually within minutes. I have to point that out because I love it when people are so honest and humble. We very much trust Cory as he is so sincere and very much on top of it, and he will definitely be our realtor for any future real estate endeavors in Lubbock!
