Pam was wonderful throughout my process of buying a home for the first time. I worked with her over several years through countless houses and she dealt with my nitpicking of the houses down to the very last nail. She exuded professionalism in all houses and even cast judgement of her own from her own eyes of home ownership, which was needed going into it fresh. She provided excellent examples of the best to have and the worst to have as well as scenarios of what could go right and more so what could go wrong. Her optimistic outlook and constant research was necessary after not finding what suited me for so long that when it finally landed, it was beyond a breath of relief. She even followed up in the worst of times, COVID has just started, to make sure everything was happening and finishing up throughout the process. I couldn't recommend her enough as a professional giving the home buying experience a familiar family like feeling knowing your hands were in the best hands.

Pam was extremely helpful in selling our income property. We were very happy with her professional demeanor and availability to show the property. Her pictures for the listing were awesome and were a great depiction of what potential buyers would see during a showing. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling real estate.

As a first-time home buyer, I was really nervous about navigating through what felt like a very daunting, complicated process. Pam was AMAZING, however, and not only made the experience relaxed and fun, she patiently and graciously walked me through every step of the process. I could call or text her anytime. I felt like I had a friend looking out for my best interests- and Pam really, truly did. My husband already said- when we're ready to buy or sell again, the only realtor we'll work with is Pam!
