Melonie Anderson

My name is Melonie Anderson, and I¿m a
Realtor with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson.

The relationships I build are important
to me. Trust, honesty, and character are crucial building blocks for those
relationships, and I value them greatly as I establish lasting relationships in
my community.

I was born and raised in Central
Oregon, but I¿ve lived in Spokane since 2009. Since moving here, I have had
opportunities to volunteer and work in a variety of areas. My first adventure
was with the local 4-H Club, when they needed a sheep leader. I organized
community service projects and hands-on clinics at my home. As my children got older,
I became more involved with mentoring at a transition home for homeless women
and their children. As a mentor, I learned to listen and walk through the highs
and lows of life with another person. I enjoyed sharing meals with these
ladies, encouraging them and taking them grocery shopping. Some of those
relationships continue today. Mentoring led me to partner with other ladies
from my church to start a single-mom ministry.

I enjoy spending time outdoors with my
family, hiking the Liberty Lake Loop trail, and reading. I have five grown
children, and a growing number of grandchildren.
