Loriann grew up in Great Falls, MT
and graduated from C.M. Russell High School. She then attended Gonzaga
University where she met her husband, Jeff Brown, and graduated with a degree

several years and then transitioned to working as a project manager for an
educational software company until she and Jeff started a family in Spokane. As
their two boys, Jack and Luke, got older, Loriann decided to pursue a career in
real estate as it has always been a passion of hers.
In her free time, Loriann enjoys
watching their sons¿ baseball and basketball sporting events, spending time at
their cabin at Priest Lake with family and friends, and supporting the Zags! Loriann has been active in the
community volunteering in their boys¿ schools and serving as an inaugural
committee member for Coaches vs Cancer, which has raised over $25 million to
support cancer research and cancer patients.
Coldwell Banker feels like home for
Loriann. After several successful personal home sales and purchases with her
Coldwell Banker agent, she knew that their mission of serving the community
with excellence was something she wanted to be a part of. Partnering with a
company that represents the best of what the industry has to offer with their
training and education is a perfect fit.
