Randy Greenwell

As a husband and father of two I know the value of home, home
is where we retreat from the stresses of work and where memories are made.

I grew up in the Tri-City area were my father worked as an engineer
at the Hanford Nuclear disposal site. Later I moved to Cheney to attend Eastern
Washington University and to make it out on my own.  It was at EWU where I meet my wife and started
to build a family.  Shortly after I began
working in the Retail industry and over the past 10 years I have grown and promoted
within the industry.  My experience in Retail
has taught me many valuable skills in problem salving, how to juggle multiple
tasks and most importantly customer service.

When I¿m not working, I enjoy an active life style with my
wife and two children by participating in Bloomsday and Spartan obstacle course
racing.  In the winter I enjoy
snowboarding on the many local resorts. 
My wife and I love date nights in downtown with the many restaurants and
rich culture of the city, we couldn¿t imagine living anywhere other than
Spokane.

My interest in Real Estate was sparked by my family¿s involvement
in the industry.  I am excited to translate
my experiences and skills in retail into a career in Real Estate.  With the global strength of Coldwell Banker
and the local heart of Tomlinson I knew this is the firm I wanted to join.
